Abstract
Five new hetisine-type diterpenoid alkaloids, 11,13-O-diacetyl-9- deoxyglanduline, 13-O-acetyl-9-deoxyglanduline, 14-O-acetyl-9- deoxyglanduline, 13-O-acetyl-glanduline and glanduline, were isolated from Consolida glandulosa. The structures of the new alkaloids were determined mainly by NMR spectroscopy, 1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and ROESY.
