Abstract
A case is described of a 12-year-old child with congenital duplication of a segment of the jejunum with a perforated peptic ulcer in the ectopie gastric mucosa which lined the entire duplication, and consequent peritonitis. The pathological, clinical, and etiologic aspects of this type of duplication are briefly reviewed.
